Because of the complexity and numerous cross-references contained in the Revised UCC Article 9, the Texas Tech Law School Foundation has prepared a hyperlinked version of the Texas version of Article 9 on CD-ROM, including Technical Amendments made during the 2001 Texas Legislative Session. The CD-ROM also includes Chapters 1 through 8 of the Texas UCC (UCC Articles 1 - 8), as well as a collection of additional materials on the new Chapter 9. The 2001 edition of the CD-ROM incorporates the Official Comments to Revised Article 9 under license from the American Law Institute. You can run a demo version of the CD-ROM on this site.

A detailed description of the contents of this CD-ROM appears below. To obtain a copy of this disk, print this page and follow the instructions on the order form that appears at the end of the page.
