The original version of the web-based transition chart was prepared by Mr. Steve Weise and has been modified by adding statutory references linked to the UCC Art. 9 revision adopted in Texas as Chapter 9 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code.
Many of the images in the chart and in the accompanying sections of UCC Chapter 9 are linked to various sections of the Code; however, to minimize downloading time, not all sections of Chapter 9 or other materials have been included here.
